Our story
A Shinsaibashi fixture since 2003
Established in 2003, Cinquecento is an international bar in the heart of Shinsaibashi, known for its relaxed atmosphere, classic martinis and welcoming crowd.
Traveller, expat or local, you'll find easygoing nights where the conversation flows as smoothly as the cocktails. Our friendly English-speaking staff keep the drinks good, the music right and the mood relaxed.

41 martinis. One price.
Every regular martini is ¥500, from a proper Espresso Martini to house originals like the Cinque House. Want it stronger? Potent martinis are ¥700.

Is there a cover charge?
No. There's no cover charge and no table charge. You only pay for what you drink.
When are you open?
Every night: Monday to Saturday 8pm–5am, Sunday 8pm–3am.
Do the staff speak English?
Yes. Our staff speak English, and every drink on the menu is listed in English and Japanese.
Can I pay by card?
Yes. Cash and credit cards are both welcome. Card and e-payments carry a 4% surcharge.
Can I smoke inside?
No, smoking is outside only.
Is it OK to come alone?
Absolutely. Plenty of guests arrive solo and leave with new friends.
